ELECTRCITY:

• The villa ́s electricity comes from two silent generators which run day and night. These are serviced on a regular basis
• If the service access is denied, damages resulting from the denial will be charged to the tenant

POOL:

• The pool is 23 m x 4.5 m
• No chlorine is used. The water preparation system is based on salt yet does not effect the condition of the water used
• The system is especially good for eyes, skin and hair
• There is a pool service that maintains the pool once or twice per week if needed. They usually come early in the morning and are therefore of no disturbance to the client
• Access must be allowed to ensure that pure/clean water and hygiene levels are met
• For young children and babies there is also a pool alarm system which is at every client ́s disposal.
